SMS Opt-In
This page explains how patients and contacts may opt in to receive text messages from a clinic that uses Anservo AI, Inc. ("Anservo," "we," "us," or "our"). Messages are sent on behalf of the clinic from a clinic-assigned number.
1. Program description
Clinics using Anservo may send automated and conversational SMS related to clinic operations, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Scheduling updates, waitlist offers, and follow-ups
- Recall and care-coordination messages configured by the clinic
- Responses to inbound patient texts
- Occasional operational updates related to your care or visits
Message content is determined by the clinic. Anservo provides the messaging platform; the clinic is the message sender for consent and compliance purposes.
2. How to opt in
You may provide consent in one or more of these ways:
- Checking an SMS consent box or signing an intake / registration form at the clinic
- Providing verbal consent during a phone call that is documented by the clinic or Anservo
- Completing an online booking, portal, or web form that includes a clear SMS disclosure
- Texting a clinic-provided keyword (for example, START or YES) to the clinic's messaging number, where offered
By opting in, you agree to receive the message types described above from that clinic.
3. Required disclosures
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with the clinic.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
- You can get help or cancel at any time using the commands below.
4. HELP and STOP
Reply HELP to the clinic's messaging number for assistance, or contact the clinic using the phone number on the clinic website or appointment materials. You may also email sms@anservo.ai for platform-related SMS questions.
Reply STOP to cancel. After you opt out, you should not receive further non-essential automated texts from that clinic number unless you opt in again or messages are otherwise permitted by law for urgent care coordination.
5. Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in / consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers needed to deliver messaging (for example, our messaging carrier), and only to operate the service.

6. Sample disclosure language
Clinics may display language substantially similar to:
"By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and clinic-related text messages from [Clinic Name] via Anservo. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See anservo.ai/sms-optin.html and anservo.ai/sms-terms.html."
